meet the team
Harry started with us as a bartender over five years ago so he knows the pub business inside out! As GM of The Victoria his enthusiasm has won over our regulars. When not working he's often checking out the competition.
Having worked with Harry closely over the years Paul is delighted to be working with him at The Victoria in his first head chef role overseeing the kitchen team. Outside of the pub Paul is a bit of a speed fiend and enjoys watching super bike races around the country.
