Some of you may recognise our new GM Andres if you have ever visited our sister pub, The Queen’s Head in Weybridge, where he has done a sterling job of managing the “Grand Dame” of the White Brasserie family. He has now moved to take on the little sister of the family and he is looking forward to welcoming you all whether you are a first time guest or one of our lovely regulars.
Paul is delighted to be working with him at The Victoria in his first head chef role overseeing the kitchen team. Outside of the pub Paul is a bit of a speed fiend and enjoys watching super bike races around the country.
